Each Dream plays a critical role in the special end-of-life care that focuses on improving quality of life for patients and their families.  Dreams provide joy, comfort, and closure when most needed. Dream Foundation can provide basic needs items, the chance to reunite with loved ones, one last unforgettable trip or visit to a military memorial, or assistance in meeting a personal hero.
